Current Conditions

This is the current radar image from Leesburg, VA.

Blue/green indicates areas of light rain, pink is areas of light sleet or freezing rain, and gray/white is snow.  You can see the majority of the precipitation is falling as rain in Leesburg and snow is falling toward the north around Westminister, MD.  Again overnight tonight only about 1 inch of snowfall is expected in Leesburg.  Because of the fact that rain may still be falling, it may cut down on final snow totals.

For Starkville, MS, our chance of snow is gone.  The precipitation moved out of the area before it could change over to snow.  Areas to the north saw a few flurries earlier, but nothing substantial.  Expect skies to clear overnight, and temperatures to drop to around 24.
