This is the radar image from 7:40 PM showing snow across northern parts of the delta of Mississippi and western Tennessee. Rain is still falling ahead of the cold air in northern/central Mississippi. The cold air will move along with the back edge of the precipitation as it continues to push off to the east this evening. Light rain will likely begin in Starkville within the next hour (by 9PM) and continue on and off through around 11PM when it may mix with some wet snow.
